i go for mpnp . As a international student you just need a 2 semester diploma o certificate ( 8 months ) to have the right to apply for pr . In saska you need the diploma and a job offer .

maybe they want to have a lot of candidates and study each one carefully , then pick out the best ones .

i agree my friend ,65000 is not even de cap reach for federal , so please focus in the goal and dont give missinformation at least you can proof it with official back up

i just called to NS immigration program, they will be taking just 150 aplications, confirmed 100% . Regarding the english speaker proof , ielts is prefered but not mandatory , any other proof works , for example in my particular case, the girl told me that as i ddont have any international test...

im wondering the same, i have read in other forum that it is posible, i sent an email to NS immigration, lets wait what they reply
