Thank you Asivad. One point of information, I am using rental income (rental agreement/contract and rental receipts) from this house (which I have the mortgage for) to support my source of fund. So in this case would it not be important to disclose the mortgage?? Thanks

Based on my little knowledge, I think you have to retake the test. If you had received an ITA and submitted your documents and it expired then that would have been ok. But given that you have not gotten an ITA yet most likely you have do the test again. See what the others say
