You should submit whatever you have in hand and if possible, any other document, may be old Indian Ration card or Voter ID to prove relationship ; Husband name is written on Indian voter ID. Also I sent notarized copy of my old Indian Passport-thats what they ask for

Please read the email carefully, Are they asking for your tenth certificate and old passport copy to verify yours mother's name in your documents. All of us submitted same to ND office

I will recommend you to do nothing as you have already received sponsorship approval. If you really want then only inform Mississauga office and not LVO and that too after July. May be by then you will receive passport request. Submit IRCC webform and include birth certificate and 2016 tax...

I think you just call or email Ottawa office if she can directly send passport from US to ottawa office; I think it is possible.

New Delhi office is processing 2011 applicants even if their file is transferred in Dec/January 2017. I think our turn will come after 2014/15 applicants

Rudra, Sorry for your loss. Since they have already started processing and medical request have been received, so fees is not refundable. I think you should pay $490 to avoid any delay

Naveen, Can you give idea about what kind of additional doc were requested by NDVO on 29 Nov, I assume you sent whole bunch of doc to NDVO on 31 aug, which they requested to everbody. Thanks!

Following is not applicable to you; call them again and explain that child is not born to principal applicant but to sponsor. This is generic email that they are responding to everybody.

I think you should call them again at 8 in morning; are they waiting for officer to complete the review or they have not started yet. Also, lot of people in 15/16 thread have submitted their Medical and all other documents on-time to New Delhi office during June-Sept last year and still waiting...

Actually, even after 5 months ,your file is still in queue, awaiting to be reviewed by visa office. One of my friend also got same reply more than 2 months back.
