Has anyone's parent receive the super visa today?

Asalaam O Alaikum, I would like to apply mother-in-law and father-in-law for super visa. Please advise which forms have to be filled, what information I should attached, what are steps that should be followed, what is the chances of getting the visa. Please advise. Thank you!
