Since mine is wife case, so you're saying that there wont be any background checks for after the re-med. But my friend her re-medical is going to expire soon.

Danny! If I understand well, when they receive any application they start with the background checks, if that goes well they ask you for PCC and more forms to be filled, followed by the re-med. May be the also call you for interview and then everything goes well they give you the visa. Is this...

AOR was received in July 2010, in May-June 2011 PCC, other forms and Re-Med. After that in response of the emails they only say that it is in qeue. How about yours?

I have applied my wife. She is in Pak right now. In my case she would get the request for interview if God forbide there is any. I pray that no one should get any interview and all our processes go much faster than we think. Ameen

I beleive you should get a mail (post) for the request for the interview.
