10 or 12th certificate is not needed, you just need to send diploma's or degree's only.

As per my understanding for degree it needs 3 year duration , as per you post in total you took 3 years to complete both 2 years diploma and 1 year degree. so you will get only 1 degree. ( Its my understanding only). Actual results will only reveal once you submit it for ECA. Good Luck...
