There were no emails both times for sure. When I logged in I saw the status of the application was "application updated" or something like that. It changed to "submitted" after re-logging, though.

Hi, Aor 30 Dec. Received 2nd ghost update today. It says "Background check Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." I've already had one ghost update around the MEP on 12 February. I'm a bit confused - is it IP1 or 2?

They replied yesterday (within 1 day from the request) that reviewed my application and everything is in order and that I need to wait. Received both BILs for my wife and me today.

Hello, my AOR is 30 December 2018, the status of medical exam changed to passed on 12 February 2019. But there wasn't any message about requesting Biometrics. Today is 18 February, but I still didn't receive any requesting message. What should I do? How can I contact CIC, maybe email? or phone?

Thank you! I'm going to write exactly as you wrote. I've already known about the possibility of writing in such way. So you didn't write about job titles and NOCs of the other places you worked, did you? I want to write like: from... to .... LLC "111", then from... to .... LLC "222".
