Thanks Leon for the information....They said it does not make sense to withdraw and the file may go to the same process by transfering to the local office as they have the old application ....also every case is different

Is anyone had to withdraw his/her PR renewal application successfuly and reapply without a negative impact and get his/her new PRC without any issue? When we called CIC and ask to withdraw the PRC renewal application, they do not recommend it !! Thanks
