I might be wrong (feel free to correct me) but if he's visa exempt he should be allowed to stay for 6 months as a visitor unless the border officer/ IO decides otherwise. If they said he can only stay until a certain date, you might be able to apply for an extension. It's definitely a good idea...

There are still people who applied in November that haven't heard from CIC and a looooot of people who applied in December have. Well, it is what it is I guess. Right...

Hello everyone! I tried to update the spreadsheet but it seems like I'm not there anymore. I haven't been reading this thread for a loooong time (since it took so long for our sponsorship approval) so I'm not sure if I should try to add myself there or is it better I don't touch the spreadsheet...

Thanks :) Yes it was received on november 8th. When my husband contacted them the last time (yesterday), they said the processing time on their website means they are working on applications received until that date but it doesn't mean they're done with the previous ones. I hope you receive good...

Thanks :) It says "application" and "sponsorship" in the title plus our file number. And it came from "OttPilot"-address :) I don't have the email yet so unfortunately i don't know more...I hope this helps a little at least!
