I called them again, and same response.. It is in the final stage. I asked them its been 2 months since I sent the docs and why is delay in the process? Sh replied yes, we have received the documents and docs are being reviewed by the officer however we cant give you any timeline.

Problem is my work permit is getting expired and i have to quit my job

Add docs were sent on Oct 04.. Since then called them so many times, visited their office couple of times. Sent email few times.. Ans is same its in the process with senior officer except one time he said its with Investigator analyst. Now received an email last week its with processing...

Now you see my point, People who were complaining that international students are being give preference.. They gave them 15 points each and raised the cutoff bar.. so people who dont have PNP cant even think of getting ITA. And on the other hand they are holding PNPs for international students.

I dont think there will be another draw :(

Thats correct, When I received add docs req, they gave me 10 days to submit it.. I submitted it in 5 now its been almost 2 months there is nothing on their side. and they were hardly 4-5 docs :D

Hahaha i know... but I guess they should provide extended work permit to people who are working on work permit and their status is getting expired. or after receiving AOR one should be able to work on implied status. Coz its their fault they were not able to complete the process with in 3 months...

Yeah I was waiting for OINP to be approved so that I can represent my case adequately. But its been almost 2 months since I submitted add docs.
