I did that through a consultancy only.

There are many changes in the pipeline which are being implemented from the SEP 2013 intake. These changes would make difficult in obtaining the visa, one such change is that we have to deposit $10,000 cad in the Scotia bank and obtain a GIC certificate which is not mandatory now.

I have already started. I am jus worried about the visa. One consultant told me that after doing ma Engg with 3 yrs exp , why are you applying for diploma? The Visa Officer might get this doubt.Is it So.?
