Hi, i submitted my work permit aplication through an agent since August 2018, he gave me the tracking number and a scan copy of this small slip 'visa fee acknowledgement and receipt'. Application was submitted through vfsglobal, but when i tracked it, it says no result found. Now i can't get...

I applied through an agent, and he won't even give me details of any account created. I gave him some documents and i was called for biometrics. Ever since its been about waiting. All have with me is the tracking number which always result in "no records found".
