Hay manpeer u can apply any number of times....but they are looking for did u clear your rejection statement mentioned in your last application or not.....first you got rejection then again you reapplied without knowing the reason end result will be again rejection, at that time they check your...

PCC- Police Clearence Certificate. If your college didn't mentioned then you don't require this one

In India it's not required for visa purpose but some colleges mention this one in their offer letter so you required PCC for immigration time

absolutely wrong....no one can't reject you due to late apply.....one of my friend applied on 12 th dec got visa on 17th dec....its completely based on your profile.....I too agree major rejection reason are related to proposed studies are not bla bla main reason for this rejection is not late...

Me too dude....applied on November 30th University Category...reached CHC on 3rd December still under processing....And I mailed them they replied "application is pending officer review and you will hear from us shortly"...........don't knw whts gonna happen...already seen lots of rejections...

My personal openion is your backlogs in bachelor may be a problem and your sop is not clear to them. It you want to reapply again first you order Caips note. In Caips you can find out exact rejection statement in discriptive way. Any way u can't apply on this intake so Caips is the better option.
