I assume you started getting paid fully from Jan when you started working and not after receiving PGWP. So your work experience starts from Jan 2014. Also you can prove it using your payslip for the month of Jan 2014.

I just called them up and they confirmed that they have successfully generated the police certificates of me and my spouse and have sent it from there by August 14th. I think I was lucky that even though I had two finger prints of my spouse, they did not reject it.

You don't need to upload it in your application as you have mentioned the IELTS Ref number in the corresponding section. CIC will verify the results from their end using that ref number. But in case you want to upload it, you can combine it with other education documents and upload it there.

Its based on your points... ITA is always send to those applicants who have more than the cutoff points of the respective draw...

there are many online tools available to combine two PDF documents... I personally used Phantom PDF...try the trial version....its valid for 30 days...

I had a total of 9+ years of experience out of which 1+ was in Canada. When I created my profile it was shown that I am eligible under CEC and FSW, but when the ITA came it was mentioned clearly that they are inviting me to apply under FSW...so I assume that might be the case for you also...

This is what I found in CIC website. "Work experience need not be continuous under the CEC. Applicants must have at least 12 months of full-time, Canadian skilled work experience (or the equivalent in part-time work experience) in one or more NOC 0, A or B occupations within the 36 months...

While creating EE profile it does not ask for children information as you dont get any points for the same. Once you receive ITA and fill the profile, they will ask all that information... Dont worry you have not missed out anything...

You can use your application number and check your status...but it might take couple of days before your details will be available in ECAS... mine took almost a week to show up there...
