My AOR is January 21st and I called today and I have tears of joy in my eyes the agent although rude told me someone was assigned to my case this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a hard time to believe so I will call again tomorrow hoping to get another agent to confirm if I cried...

I just called. Not only the slowness is painful but what is frustrating is that they never seem to give the same answer. I asked about where they reached and he said well if they have not updated the website is because they are still treating until November 20th. I told him, it is not possible...

When was your AOR for CSQ I also had sent my csq request early december 2019. They just entered my file in the system but apparently haven't touched it.

When/How did you get that request from NDVO, my wife's application is in LVO and she was not requested to provide CSQ yet. I am scared that maybe there is something else missing on our application. Does your request have a deadline from CIC to provide your CSQ?

Hi so they should at least be able to tell you what was the last step that was done on your file or are they saying that they can't see the information?
