    Call them to confirm if passport was sent back. My colleague sent his passport to get a visa and it was last on the way back. When he checked with CanadaPost it was already "Archived".

    Same with my case, I'm Dec AOR BCPNP and have my Med's changed in mid March, nothing since then. Just wait or order GCMS notes to have some case updates.

    No, it's up to CIC distribute your case to certain VO based on their workload.

    Yes, there is no much movement at the PNP inland stream, but as I mentioned before, aim for 150 days processing time before you'll get your PPR.

    I looked at the EE PNP-inland PPR statistic for November 2016 and the average waiting time since AOR is ~150 days. So for all PNP-Inlanders I think this is a real timeline.

    I'm PNP - Inland too, with AOR December 18, and my medical changed only in late March, so you're ok for now. The only thing we can do is just wait.
