Hi Guys, Its very simple in terms of interpretation. You need to send PCC of India for both, as the one you sent with the application must have expired by the time it reached CIO, so they are asking once again ONLY for india. USA pcc must have been considered, so they haven't asked for it...

Hi Babucool, To apply for GCMS/CAIPS, you need both File/UCI no & Application No. which will be mentioned in your PER mail. Withouth which CIC will not release your GCMS notes. So I suppose you have no option but to wait for the PER email.
