Hi guys civil engineer here..try to go for univ for the long run.also try univ of Windsor,new Brunswick,Concordia. If you want colleges then go for Alberta Manitoba or in sask only as civil jobs prospects are good there due to oil and gas works.but I still think university is good option.good...
