    She should submit the reference letter at the earliest because that is the mandatory letter with NOC code and corresponding duties and responsibilities along with the no.of weekly hours and benefits on the company letter head.

    It’s a pretty standard response. Did you call them ? My Aor was May 29 and got the same webform response for Eligibility- review required ( which was told by an agent over the phone )

    May aor 29 i was told the same thing when I called IRCC on 13th November only criminality passed Eligibility in process Security not started. i will call again Dec 1 if I don’t get any update in between.

    That’s a good thing you did by submitting those details. I wasn’t sure about the timeframe but they usually take 5-7 working days to reply any webform raised. So hopefully they will see those details and pass the eligibility.

    Sorry to hear that !! What was your AOR btw? You can apply the GCMS notes or CBSA notes where you can see the detailed notes about your file and then proactively submit your documents accordingly. Good luck !!
