If you have received AIP and or DM, would it matter if the visitor's visa is expiring? As you have owp with your application.like what is your status at this point, is it still implied? Just wanna be clarified.

When you log in using sponsor uci, it should always say " started processing your application on..." Whereas when using applicant's uci it would say "we received ..." Remember, stage one always just refers to the sponsor's. Also, for info, medical received will only show up after aip is granted...

To those who have extended their visitor's visa more than once, i have a question. "Have you previously applied to stay or remain in Canada?" Is this supposed to be a YES since i have extended once already? Am asking because this is where all the answers are supposed to be ideally no like asking...

If her visitor's visa is refused but as she said she submitted an owp along with the inland app, wouldnt she still have implied status as she is still awaiting for the result of that? So not really " no status" ?

she does if she wants to have alberta health care. That was her concern as her status expired last June. But if she is not interested in AHIC, then yes implied status is good.

Hi. I would suggest restoring and then extending her status. When she gets her extended visa, you can go to a service registry and she will be covered. Giving birth is very expensive so its worth trying this. I hvae my alberta health care after i have extended my visitor status. Good luck !

Not only is it disrespectful, but they wont even give us a single ray of hope, a bit of movement in the aip, an update on why things have been slowing down, an a timeline at the least when things are going to start moving. At least give us a spark of hope. I can bear this, i swear but to leave...

Since our apps have been submitted a long time (for those with the same timeline as mine), i assume that our apps have no problem, am i right? Cause itherwise, if there was any doubt or any incomplete doc for that matter, file has been transferred to a local office. Am i correct in assuming this?

So other than 5hrwd whose app date is july 18, do we have others who got aip with app date later than july 22.? If so, no update again? Wow, is all i can say!!!

Oh and i see your meds was done in june 5 and you got dm. Thats good news. I really hope all who have expired meds be considered so we all get aip, owp and dm. My meds will expire in aug 2.
