But my question is only about the sponsorship process. How long would it take to go from the out land path for someone in Brazil. The fact that I got the PR from the express entry wouldn't change the process.

The problem is with him as accompanying I don't have much points. (467) which might takes months before we receive an ita. But if I apply inland I believe I can apply for an open work visa for him or even a study permit while his application is being processed isn't it?
