no it is not my case but it was one of my plan to do landing and come back to home country for18 month and might got baby during this period anyway after my research I recommend anybody to avoid such case if possiable since it is big headach

My opinion ...go and do landing this month or next month maximum then before delivery by one month send your wife to get delivery their Good luck ;)

Let him explain his situation and they will understand but if not ....he can come back to dubai and apply for lost license after got report from any ploice station with 20 AED and then go to RTA and pay around 120AD and will get the license in same day

yes photo not required for adult and they will take photo in the clinic by their camera this is online system ...go man dont worry it is so easy God bless you ;)

Nothing to worry about ...they might request extra test for you..... but you will not be refused because of that ..trust in god
