NO second line yet, however I got PCC request in Sept itself from DXS. I dunno if I shld assume it as AOR or processing started but no update on ECAS

Hi...We cannot say if it could be a problem, however, since its your original pp, I would say raise a CSE initially or email the VO with urgent in subject line and see if you get a reply. Else I would say, we can try visiting the VO in Delhi and talk to the concerned in person.
