Hi Maina, I've tried calling the call center thrice, everytime the agent say that they dont have any information on applications sent from outside Canada. Sent an email yesterday however the response time is 20 working days -its killing me.. Rgrds

Hi,before emailing them, just reconfirm your account details on WES website and take a print or save it, if shows correct details of DOB. By this, you can even approach CIC staying this was not an error from your end , hope this gets sorted out soon

Well, the update was made on 12th Aug. That's what I wanted to know, can we vouch that all applications received till 12th Aug are listed in CAP mentioned or no. By the way any is there any June applicant who was charged?

Thanks for your reply. So, I guess few members in the forum mentioned Abu Dhabi as their Visa Office, so that is incorrect. They need to correct the same in their applications as well.
