    I totally understand you but if u ask me I will say you should start the process as you will still need the ECA when you land in Canada and it may be even more difficult to get then when you are over there.

    . While recent event may suggest so I do not think IRCC will make the eligibility criteria be that linient for even scores as low as 300. Its just a matter of time, crs will come down. My optimistic opinion though

    Way to go . I am taking a professional course that I refused to take since last year thinking I wouldn't be needing it since I am going to Canada. I am ready to do it now after passing IELTS especially because my employer will reimburse me when I pass. No knowledge is lost and Life must go on

    Well at this point I want yo agree with someone who once said Ontario's Business strategy is excellent. This move is yet another conformation. So even if they open again soon, people will no longer gamble with the NOIs but jump at the opportunity for fear of stuffs like this
