Hello, I got my PR this past July 2014, and received my PR cards in September 2014. I changed my address recently in Canada. Do I have to update CIC? If so, do you know how? As always, your guidance is very much appreciated!!

Thanks a lot truesmile ! I will look around for the skip the immediate past year - it doesn't make sense to me but i have heard that too from my family. I wonder if it's a way of eliminating applicants. Also it seems like if 2014 was permissible, option C could have been an option to keep up...
