I laughed reading somewhere that people from Halifax think it is a big city, but it isn't. lol My husband is from Halifax-NS and he tells me it is big city. Thing is, I live in a 19 million people's city so I guess the idea of what a big city is is different from one person to another ;D

Hey. I don't have the answer to your question but what I can say is that, every time I had a doubt/question about my application and could not find help. I'd email my local visa office and always had a prompt reply. You can also get your sponsor to call CIC within Canada. Good luck ;D

Not sure why that was, but her application is for Quebec which happens to have an extra step (the CSQ-Quebec if I am not mistaken).
