I called Friday too. And the agent said that she don't see me as representative so she cannot tell me anything. Then I asked her that did that mean she saw my parents info just didn't see me as representative. But she refused to answer. :(

how come one of your case is showed up while the other one not? and it seems the other one is submitted even earlier? Is that because your PIL are in Canada right now?
