Where are you from ? If you're from India you can call Langara India Office which is located in Chandigarh ask them to send you the bank details. You can wire transfer them. Don't go through Western union it takes time plus their charges are more.

Timeline for SDS - 1) Visa filed on 26th October. 2) Biometrics submitted today, status changed to Biometrics Completed, 29th October. Waiting for further updates.
