PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

Not only in Calgary was fraud found. It was discovered across virtually all the provinces. In Saskatchewan for example, between June 2011 to May 2012, a lot of people were migrating to Saskatchewan from across Canada. Do you know why? It's because it is very easy to sponsor one's siblings for PR...

    AFTER PR

I will advice you to thread carefully. Think very well before you make any decision that will jeopardize your PR in Canada. Although, there's no law restricting permanent residents in Canada from moving from one province to another, but you must be very careful about this. First of all, did you...

PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

What i've discovered so far is that your officer does not send you PPR. The officer finalizes your application and updates your status to 'decision made'. He forwards the file to another person who then issue you the PPR. I think the fault is from the person who sends out the PPR. In my case...

Application goes 'in process' when Eligibility is passed by the Officer. It gets assigned to an officer first who assesses the eligibility. This applies to only Jan to June 2012 applicants. I'm surprised you did not pay the RPRF since. Every communication request from CPP-O delays by 1 to 3 weeks. My application went in process without asking for ADDITIONAL documents because I already paid the fees. meanwhile, have no fear, they're finalizing your case.

Hi gbal. That's not how to resolve issue with CIC. Only that way, CIC will be forced to look at the documents that...

I will advice you look before you leap. Current processing time for inland processing is 12 months + 1 month in CPP-M = 13 months in all. I will just advice you to wait instead of starting another journey but the ball is in your court. However, it may also be processed within 5 or 7 months.
