source of income for my brother is that he is doing job in Qatar, his pay is 7 lac, , before that , he was in USA for 10 years, he also lived in canada, but i am not going to show his relation to usa or canada.

after paying 50% of fee,, i will have 20 lac in 2 accounts.. one in form of saving certificates, and other in my brothers account..

it means that, its been 5 months i have those saving certificates.. initially they were of 15 lac, but now only 10 lac... and every month i get 10% profit on them..

I can pay 50% of tution fee in advance.. after that and saving certificates are coming from April, we had some financial crises thats why his acount was geting nil, but now onwards i am the only one on which his money can b utilze.. . does this make any sense?
