IME is medical file number that NDVO sets up for your medical file and when someone gets reassessment email, it always mentioned there.

Hi Mandeep, I would suggest you to send NDVO email stating that you have done your medical on XXX date as per requested. Reply to the reassessment email.

Hi Cyrup, Many applicant gone through this before, if you missed theri call don't worry they will call you back any day during working hour. Make sure keep your phone with you. Don't get stress they will definitely try back.
