No problem. You must have visited canada earlier. UCI number remains same for one applicant for all of his applications. My file was also returned back and UCI number was written on it as I had visited canada earlier on a business visa and this number matches with your visa on passport.

I am 29th May applicant with NOC 2131. I'm also in same situation as of you. Only difference is that I've sent mail to CIO yesterday only. Please let me know when you receive any reply from CIO. Wish you best of luck for cc charge and your application.
