For some reason i could not open the august spreadsheet, is there anyone else experiencing the same problem or it is just me?

Really disappointed, they originally told me it will be within 10 days, and I realize my status on ECAS still says in process, thats why I called to check and realize they are closed for the week. >:(

Just a quick update :) RPRF notification this morning at 8:55am. Just paid online and sent them the receipt through online Checked e-cas again and status changed from Application Received to In Process, detail showed they start processing the application on Mar 11, 2013.
