Congrats. It is better to call CIC to inquire about whether photo copy will be accepted or not. I guess he should have the original CSQ... like if you have study permit,you can't enter with a photo copy. Better to check with them.

Withdrawing your application is easy but you can't apply outland till you receive confirmation from CIC stating the withdraw. This confirmation takes couple of months... So I guess many will hesitate before they withdraw because you can't submit outland before you get the confirmation.

You can try one sponsorship at time... but remember there are certain period of time you obliged to spend in each country to maintain your PR status.

You will get CORP when you land but as you require visa to enter Canada; then you need one to reenter. As PR you aren't eligible for Temporarily visas... So you could request a travel document from the Canadian consulate in India to travel with to Canada. I guess!

The point is they keep changing the rules and forums... sometimes the new forums have very small different than the old ones. sometimes I wonder why we have to write our names in all the forums? but it is a must and we have to follow the rules.
