U can see last some pages one of applicants mentioned that he consulted his lawyer in Canada ana some consultant in India both of them told about this rule I think one week before they inforced this rule

Hiiii r u sure u missed call from ND their no. Is 01141782000 something like this if u missed call from this no. Then u really did and other thing surname was not necessary before but a week new rule came into force that u should have ur spouse name in ur passport as u have submitted passport...
