im able to log in my ecas, surname bar just input surmane/family name. it shows 1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 4, 2014. per received dec 19

hi what do you put in name bar of ecas? full name including middle name or the way your name appeared in per letter. i cant log in sa ecas my per rec.dec 19. anybody who can help. sorry if in english my mobile phone keeps spelling check and difficult to write tagalog.
