dnt worry u will try again ..n this time consult different consultant..n convince visa officers for ur everything.. i dnt knw why but m really shocked..for u ..i really thought u would get it..but its okk yaar..life khatam thodi na ho gayi hain.. i knw yaar u r sad.. but try to relax

Simple is tht.. i suggest apply again with same subjects so tht so tht they could think that u r serious bout ur course second.. try to make different sop.. where in explain every column where they raised objection... it works big time... but consult ur consultant first......

bro hi m arti from mumbai.. i applied n 25th july and received on 26th july.. n still no ans.. i applied under spp.. it depends on your visa case 1 guy from spp been waiting since 100 days n another guy gets in a day.. you never know.. but if u appplied under spp takes normally 15 working days...
