AOR-22nd Nov. My application shows eligibility is in review process, but when I called the agent, she said, you have passed the eligibility criteria and background check is processing. I guess, they don't regularly update the website application status. Has this happened to anyone else?

AOR-Nov 22nd. I got off from a call with an agent few hours ago. Asked her about the status, she said background check is processing. Then I asked if I passed the eligibility criteria, she said yes. However it shows in review on the application. I guess, they don't update the application frequently.

I have similar timeline. My AOR was Nov 22nd, applied via FSW. You can call customer care, they may be able to give you more info than what's on the website. Please share the customer care number here as well, as I want to get info about my application as well. Cheers and best of luck.

My status of background check step was changed to - "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information", more than week ago. Review of eligibility still saying - reviewing where you meet eligibility requirement. This is all ghost update without...
