I dont know what canada immigration wants, Why would people like your uncle not leave canada at end of the stay. Who would want to live here for good.

@Bryanna 2 questions 1) Does the previous TRV refusal matters on the new TRV application, specially when there is a change in "Purpose of visit" and the maritial status? in CIC website they recommend to apply again when there is change is status. 2) in TRV Does the host travel history matters...

@Bryanna Would linking up the paper application with the online CIC website do any impact ( may be a silly question but still..)? I have submitted the application via an agent , who gets all the notification, if i link it online, would he be not getting notifications?

It look good by defination but in reality it take lot of time and low chance of approvals ( as far as i am told by my immigration team)

@Bryanna Yes , really hoping for that. I have few things which baffles me a alot, 1) When you say VO would know your wife would apply WP when she arrives, God knows how woould he know and even if she apply for WP, what is the problem, it is still legal, In fact CIC should be happy to get $$...
