Also there is a pattern in resuming services. For instance, some of EU countries and UAE offices re-opened in late May. They started off by opening for 2 days a week just like the Ankara office but, in July they started operating every week day. So, hopefully same applies to our case in Ankara.

They always make announcements at the end of the month. Hopefully they'll decide to improve their services for PR applicants.

Anyone tried raising a IRCC web form? https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp This is more effective than e-mailing the embassy. That’s how I was able to get a natural response.

I understand :/ Processing times start after the IRCC starts processing the application right? It’s not after AOR...

This is so frustrating! There is a huge conflict between visa office and the IRCC. On one hand, IRCC is advising that they are processing PR applications to an extent, on the other hand, VO is advising that, PR is on hold until further notice.
