CSE they rarely reply. Do it at the portal itself for faster processing. Just make one PDF file. Page 1 of file will be document scan and page 2 will be LOE that's it. CSE will waste time unnecessarily Good luck

Hey put any random dates. For expiry choose 1 year. Upload document and a LOE about this issue u faced while uploading. They just need document. Many had done this before and it worked. When they have actual document they will see all details from it. What u fill is irrelevant. Good luck
