On their site they have stated they will be updated e-cas every Tuesday.It could be that they are updating e-cas and once they are done then you will probably be able to access e-cas.

Nothing wrong with E-cas.I checked it and it is working fine.

If they have asked you for Updated documents.Do send them even if there is no change.Do not give them any reason to reject or delay your application . Do as they say,you do not loose anything.
