I worked with HSBC for about 20 months and 3 years and 8 months with Thomson Reuters (my current employer). I deal with Sales compensation for the sales team of our company. Though this is a payroll function, my designation on papers is Senior Process Associate.

Oh.... sorry not sure how I can help you on this situation. The best way would be contacting the bank and getting it sorted asap. Seniors will be able to help you I believe.

A little similar situation. I was asked to enter the address mentioned on my passport on the GIC application. The address mentioned on my passport is my old address and we have shifted to another city since then. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Vishal - In how many days did you receive the GIC account details. I applied for mine on 30th October and received only the confirmation stating that my application has been received. All I am waiting for now is the GIC account details and transfer of funds once I receive the details.

Helix - Does the size of the file really matter. I sent my application with attached that was around 7MB in size on 30th of October and received the acknowledgement email. I am now waiting for my account details. Please tell me if I am supposed to do anything now.

Any update...I applied for mine to on Oct 30th too and I just received the email of the receipt of application .... By when should i expect the account details to transfer the funds and get the GIC.
