I would definitely suggest that you start getting ready to submit another one, while waiting for their response and before the deadline of Aug 4. Hopefully you won't need it, but if you do, then you'll have everything in hand.

I think as long as you have proof of receipt you should be good. If the envelope is still not open it may not be in their system. I suggest that you call them again and ask to investigate, give them the name of whoever signed, or get your MP to do this on your behalf.

Hi Guys, Was anyone able to link their app in myCIC ?

Still too early in my opinion. My application to sponsor my parents was received on May 26, I couldn't see anything in ECAS until June 25. Now it's showing application received. We also still can't link the PA application in MYCIC.

I sent it via Canada Post, XpressPost with tracking.

My app was received on May 26th, called them today and they told me the same thing :They have no track of my application in their system, yet. They checked with me the Canada Post tracking number and they confirmed with me that it was sent to the correct address. They suggested to wait for AOR...

Hi everyone, My application to sponsor my parents+dependant had been received on May 26 via Canada Post. I'm a Québec resident. Still no AOR - nothing in ECAS either.
