@BhanaVig You are right... I did the same thing. Applied for Dependent Visa first which took abut 15- 20 days and then applied PR

To my knowledge you may not b able to apply for dependent visa if you go for PR. You are eligible to apply PR to you and your Wife if you have fulfilled CEC requirements Hope it helps....

Hi, Unfortunately there is no tracking. However you can email them requesting the status with the Client ID to the adress mentioned in your MED request Email. I hope you will get your VISA in next couple of days after seeing your Time line. Are you a PR or on a work permit ? Thanks, OMINI
