    philfresh, I paid with a credit card. I registered on the Immigration website and chose a password. I don't remember the exact steps, as I made the registration several months ago.

    Hi Zelda I think one of the October applicants wrote that he saw "Decision Made", contacted his visa office and was said that he will receive his PPR by post mail. You can try that too. good luck

    No, they didn't explain it. In CIC they said that its probably a mistake in a visa office, and they recommended me sending an email to CIO and explaining the situation. Probably that worked Good luck

    Hi If you are in Canada, you can contact CIC call center: 1-888-242‑2100 If you are lucky, they will tell you if medicals were updated in the database and its just an issue with your visa office that doesn't update them in system

    Hi dadaum, I didn't register to that service, but I'm getting the "Connection is Untrusted" warning as well. It says that the security certificate of services3.cic.gc.ca has expired. You can ignore the message and continue to the site

    My medicals were received at last, I thought they'll never update it :D So the next step is that application status will change to 'Application in Process'? Does it happen only when application is forwarded to my Visa Office in Ottawa?
