If I have a job offer, in Canada, as a cashier, is that valid and can I apply for a work permit then?

Did your wife or you, live together before applying? I'm nervous about if I can even get a work permit at all. Or did you apply outland?

A valid status, does that include just being there visiting? How long does it usually take to get all the papers? Also do you know if it's possible to get a work permit, if you have a job offer as a cashier?
