I think you just inform your travel agent that you are on a first time immigrant trip. If you purchase kasi a ticket online there is no part there where you can declare it.

I got the DM last May 1. So 9 days waiting for the visa. I am from Bacolod. I will fly pa to Cebu tomorrow for the PDOS on Thursday. :)

two hours stop over is a good time pero di ba may interview pa sa Immigration at the port of entry? If you enter Canada through Vancouver first, then doon ka interview. That is how I understood their letter. That is why they advise that the difference of time from Vancouver to wherever...
