Please submit the passport ASAP you have already wasted 3 days.......get ready for the landing if not possible make a short landing and come back.......there are cases in the past where visa was issued 6 or 7 day before the medical expiry and people had to move in the due time......

Hello everyone, I have applied under FSW 2014 got my PER on 26 August 2014 and received my medical on 9th Oct 2014 from LVO, after medical completion what is the next step and expected time lines between each. I m from Lahore, Pakistan.

No not possible.....you have to keep it in one mode....either DD or CC....the best is to have the DD as CC can have problems while your payment is being processed.

I think you mean to say HOW the spouse need to fill it, then it is simple, Applicant as You (Husband Name), Spouse (Wife's Name), Your Mother and Father, Then it is Her as Applicant (Wife's Name), Spouse (Husband/Your Name), Her Father and Mother. Hope it Helps :)
